Santa Rita was present at the 2016 VYVA, Chile’s most important tourism event
The 5th International Travel & Vacation Fair (VYVA) took place this past weekend and provided the public with an array of options for weekend and vacation getaways with wine, astronomy, and indigenous themes.

On Saturday November 12 through Monday, November 14, in Parque Bicentenario in Vitacura, Viña Santa Rita was present for the 5th International Travel & Vacation Fair (VYVA), Chile’s largest showcase for national and international travel with displays of food, culture, and crafts from each of the country’s 15 regions and entertaining activities and surprises for the entire family.

Visitors were able to explore tourism options related to astronomy, indigenous activities, and wine. Viña Santa Rita had a space in the Metropolitan Region’s stand, where it showed its robust tourism to the more than 15,000 visitors received during the event. Organized by ACHET and Interexpo and sponsored by the Undersecretary of Tourism in collaboration with SERNATUR, the event was open to the public from 10:00 AM through 8:00 PM.

Monday, November 14 was set aside for tourism industry professionals who participated in a variety of activities such as business round tables with approximately 25 tour operators from Chile’s priority markets. Other events included a business meeting between national tourism operators and Chilean products, training sessions on national and international destinations, and instances of tourism promotion and marketing.
