We are convinced that innovation has to be an integral part of the company’s organizational structure, not only in the great projects, but also in the little ideas that are a contribution to productivity. Understanding the relevance of integrating innovative processes gives us the opportunity to continuously improve what we do and position Santa Rita as a relevant Company, a referent in wines both locally and globally.
We believe that efficiency goes side by side with sustainability, working collaboratively with workers, suppliers, customers and shareholders. We are always looking to discover explicit and implicit needs of our clients and the environment.
In our work, innovation has been incorporated as a transversal process. This has allowed us to create a more proactive environment, where workers have been able to develop new capacities and assuming the responsibility to install productive processes that consider goals in its traceability associated to sustainability, productivity and efficiency goals.
In order to incorporate innovation throughout the Company, Santa Rita begun the process of installing innovative capabilities, training collaborators of different areas in the search and definition of the industry’s new challenges, through participative and multidisciplinary processes.
Innovation has enabled Santa Rita to grow sustainably, were a perceptive spirit to the changing needs of the industry and our clients predominates. This is now a hallmark of our Company; the number of innovation initiatives has grown considerably, from 20 in 2013 to 134 in 2017, this is a 14.5% increase. These results motivate us to continue working with the same enthusiasm, energy and trust that characterizes this company.
Innovation as a fundamental pillar of Santa Rita’s development has earned the Company relevant awards, recognizing the conviction we have in this area.
