In its 13th edition, the Traveller Review Awards from the renowned travel platform, Booking.com, distinguished Hotel Casa Real as one of the best in the world for the exceptional experience it provides to its guests.

Over 360 million verified reviews on the website were considered in selecting this year’s winners, reflecting the satisfaction of travelers in key areas such as service quality, cleanliness, location, and attention to detail.

This prestigious award is presented annually to Booking.com’s partners, which include hotels, apartments, houses, and even transportation providers or experience organizers, who have received high ratings. For the 2025 edition, the recognition was based on ratings received between December 1, 2021, and November 30, 2024, honoring 1.71 million accommodations across 212 countries and territories.
