It is the only Chilean winery to be recognized in the competition. This award is in addition to the one obtained last year at the Chilean Wine Tourism Awards when we were chosen as “Best Wine Tourism Experience of Chile”.

The distinguish British wine magazine, The Drinks Business, awarded Viña Santa Rita as “Best Contribution to Wine and Spirits Tourism” in its long-awaited “The Drinks Business Awards 2023” competition, for its exceptional achievement in creating a unique and attractive experience for visitors, together with the great portfolio of wines it offers in its terroir of origin.

The winery was the only Chilean one to win an award in this year’s competition. “Our judges were impressed with the beautiful location of the winery, unanimously choosing Santa Rita, giving it the top tourism award,” the magazine noted.

Since the creation of the award in 2003, the contest highlights all those companies that prove to be exceptional in the spirits, wine and liquor industry, through different categories; such as those related to tourism, social media and marketing campaigns, product launches and personalities who have stood out for their management, among others.

This great international award is added to the one obtained last year, when Viña Santa Rita was chosen as the “Best Wine Tourism Experience in Chile” by the Chile 2022 Wine Tourism Awards, a recognition that described this place located only 45 minutes of Santiago as “a treasure in the Maipo Valley”.
